Easy documents and data tree management
Upload files or directories to your Binder by dragging and dropping (or with upload prompt) them straight to the right place. Where is my document? Easily find your documents through our super performant search. A question about a document, click on the question icon on the document and immediately ask your question and assign the right people.
Limitless binder invitations to colleagues and advisors
The main purpose of the application is to share content. So let’s invite some people to the party. You can invite people to your Binder by filling a first name, last name and email, choose his or her role and GO! The invitee will receive an email with your invitation and he or she can immediately join your Binder.
Immutual Binder sealing
This is the place where the magic happens. When you close your Binder, for example when you close a deal, you want to avoid discussions about the state of the data at the closing moment. So seal it and make it immutable. When you click the seal button you can decide who can receive the sealed data included with a certificate. This certificate declares where the sealing key is positioned in the BTC and Ethereum blockchain. This sealing key can later be used to prove the authenticity of the documents.
Be informed by notifications
Off course nobody wants to miss out on what is happening. Document uploads, asked and answered questions, people who accepted your invitation, … you will receive a notification.
Get the right answers, to the right questions
When your Binder is filled full of interesting documents your invitees can start reading and digging. But even the best organized and written documents are containing some content that will trigger questions. FireStarter provides for these cases a user friendly Q&A tool. You can assign the question to the right people and attach the document. The lucky person who may answer your question will receive a notification.
Admin Reporting
As organiser of a Binder you want to know when your invitees are visiting your room and which documents are triggering the attention of you invites. Every activity in the room is logged and displayed in out reporting view, for admins to view.
Protect with NDA (optional)
Concluded an NDA recently? Don’t start sharing the confidential information that is covered under that NDA via e-mail or otherwise.
